  15. After logon, Windows NT may repeatedly cycle through connecting to
  16. your persistent network connections if you have several transports
  17. loaded. This occurs with either a standard logon to a local account or
  18. with AutoAdminLogon enabled.
  19.  
  20. Windows NT attempts to restore the network connections before the
  21. network is started. The system waits for the network to start up, but,
  22. in order to make the system more responsive, it only waits for a
  23. maximum of 15 seconds. If there are several protocols loaded, then
  24. Windows NT will retry the connections until the network actually
  25. starts and it can reconnect.
